Walk-in

Need To See a Doctor Today?

You can expect a unique experience at Appletree. Our focus is to bring you flexible and accessible healthcare services right in your community. To do so, we’ve developed proprietary technologies that allow us to integrate our services in a way that no other medical group can match.

After choosing the clinic nearest you with the shortest wait, you’ll check-in quickly using our self-registration kiosk, and provide your medical history while you wait. This will allow you to spend more time with the doctor focusing on your medical concern.

From the moment you visit our website, to your post-visit follow-up, you will experience the Appletree difference.

Prepare For Your Visit

If you are an Ontario patient, you will be required to present your OHIP card at every visit. Non-OHIP patients are always welcome and our staff will assist you with the registration process.

Prepare

Don’t forget to bring your valid OHIP card and your updated list of medications so that we may update your chart with your current prescriptions and dosages.

Check Wait Times

Visit our wait-timer and select which location you will visit. We offer multiple locations and options for consistent care.

Check-In At Kiosk

After entering the clinic, you will be asked to complete your check-in at one of our kiosks.

Complete a Survey

You will then receive a link to a private and secure medical questionnaire on your mobile device. Answers will provide the doctor with a complete medical history and reasons for your visit.

Start Your Appointment

Our medical assistant will welcome you and get you set-up for your visit with an Appletree physician.
