Visits with Nurse Practitioner are not covered by OHIP.
OHIP: Visits are 49$ per appointment/Walk-In
Non-OHIP: $109.30 per appointment/Walk-In
PAP test: $69
Dr. Khodabandehloo (Orthopedics): 8:30am-8:00pm Appointments only by referral.
