What You Need to Know About Preventive Health

What is a Preventive Health Visit?

A Preventive Health visit is part of what we call preventive healthcare, which focuses on helping patients avert and avoid disease. Screening for hypertension and treating it before it causes any disease is an example of how good preventive medicine helps you stay healthy. Reviewing your vaccination status for preventing diseases such as Singles is also part of our Preventive Health visit.
